Hello. this is my beautiful daughter. she is the center of my life. i want to make her life better than mine was. i'd like to start finding a home for us. it's just the two of us. the father said he wasn't "ready" to be a dad. perhaps someday she will meet him, but as of now, they have never laid eyes on each other.

I'd like to buy a house someday, and am saving for a downpayment. i think in about a year or two we will have enough. won't you help?

currently we rent. and with rent going up, and gas going up and food prices rising, i can save less and less. perhaps i can find an angel here, that can contribute something toward our dream?

Hi, I've been a diligent student of Real Estate investing and am now ready to get started, however there is just one obstacle.  I need enough capital to make a down payment and cover closing and other related expenses.  The amount needed is about $20,000.

Please share with me any resources that you know of to help me accomplish my goal.  I am just beginning to look for possible grant sources private or government.  If you can assist me directly with funds or can point me to someone or an organization that offers this kind of assistance, I would be very grateful for the help.

Hello.  I am a single mother with 4 children.  I work full time as a caregiver.  I want so bad to go to college.  But right now I am focusing first on getting a second job and seeing what I can do about buying a home.  The father of my children pays child support when he wants to which makes that hard for me at times.  It's really hard to save money for a downpayment for a house.  I know there is Government grants out there but mainly for hud houses and I refuse to live in a bad neighborhood with my children.  If there is anyone that could help me in some way please let me know.  Thank you so much.

I am an 18 yr old mother trying to go to school work and provide for my child I am looking for a grant that might help me pay off old debts and get started on a life for my child meaning being able to move in to our own place. With the job I currently have there is no way I will ever come up with the money it takes to start renting or even furnishing a place.
